Gary teaches K1 style kickboxing at:

Monday
7 - 8.30pm: Technical K1 style kickboxing
8.30 - 9.30pm: Sparring

The first session costs £4. The second session costs £3. If you do both sessions, the cost is £5.

The technical sessions is a mix of shadow boxing, interactive partner work, padwork, bagwork and drilling. The emphasis of the class is on improving skills, although the format is such that you can work fitness within the framework. 

The sparring session is constructive. Emphasis is placed on each student setting themselves goals for each round of sparring, together with an overall goal for the session. The class usually ends with around five minutes of abdominal work.
